Status of both environments
Availability, certificate, WordPress, PHP and theme version, active plugins and the last backup, for the Doppelgänger and the live website side by side.
Right in the WordPress admin, you see how both environments are doing, what sets them apart and what happened most recently. And you move content from the Doppelgänger to the live website in one click.
The “Doppelgänger” menu holds everything important about your website, in one place and without jargon. On the live website, it shows what has arrived.
Availability, certificate, WordPress, PHP and theme version, active plugins and the last backup, for the Doppelgänger and the live website side by side.
Which updates have been tested on the Doppelgänger and go live with the next release. And which content differs.
Every update, publication, sync and rollback, with date and person, filterable.
The Doppelgänger is dark blue, the live website red, on every screen down to the login. If you want, the live website locks editing and points to the Doppelgänger.
You edit text, images and new pages on the Doppelgänger, at your own pace and without visitors seeing anything half done. When everything is right, you pick what should go live and publish it within a few minutes. Every step can be undone.
What is transferred: content only, meaning pages, posts, fields, categories and images. Technical changes take the tested route through version control and rollback.
With the Claude connector, your own Claude writes blog posts and new pages straight into the Doppelgänger: as a copy of an existing page, with text, categories and the Google description. Everything is saved as a draft.
Requirements: your own Claude account (Pro or higher recommended) and WordPress 6.9 or later.
I install it during setup, on the Doppelgänger and on your live website. The Claude connector is an add-on you can book if you want it.
